Problem with Premiere

I can't get going in Prem at all. I import my images and try setting the speed to 50% (so that it runs at 12 frames/sec) and it won't render. I just keep getting the same error message.

I resized my images and tried applying a few filters. Found most of the filters too extreme so I'm struggling to get our images how we want them. When the filters are applied the images seem to lose their detail. Had some trouble when it came to running the automated actions because the process kept stopping and giving us an error message saying it could not save the image. I'm not 100% sure how I overcome this, got it working fine in the end by organising our folders and preventing duplicate file names.

Think I have my images as good as I'm going to get them. there was a lot of red brick where we took our images and it didn't look all that, so I've toned it down by saturating it a bit. I also adjusted the brightness and contrast levels. I have played around with the filters for hours but when I import the images into prem the video looks like a bit of a messy blur, so I'm keeping it simple for now

Starting Pixilation

After watching a few adverts on youtube that used pixilation we took a camera and for the first day got hardly anything done. Didn't really know where to start or how it was going to come out once the stills were put together. We met up on the wednesday, took a camera and started again. We all agreed to keep it simple at first and use some techniques similar to what we had seen while reseaching youtube. We basically made an interesting sequence of someone walking down a long street but I think it looks pretty decent. Ill post some images showing how we done a particular effect when I have access to the stills again later today when we start adapting the images in photoshop.
