Impero Educational Software

Since I started working at Alderman White school I've been really impressed with the 'Impero Console' that the ICT department use to deliver lessons. It allows the students to submit work from anywhere and returns marks and feedback in the same way. The teacher is able to monitor up to 32 live screens on one page with possible inappropriate material causing the students window to flash once.
They also have complete control over each individual computer. For instance, you could disable the internet for one student and lock anothers completely while you are speaking. You could also ask a question, send it out and the class can see all the responses being returned in a forum kind of style. Amongst other features it has it's own secure forum and instant messenger.
